RITES Ltd. a premier consultancy organization is in urgent need of dynamic and hard working Engineers & Technical Assistants in Civil & Electrical Disciplines for its projects under Regional Project Office/Secunderabad. The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment based on satisfactory performance. The selected candidate is liable to be posted anywhere in India. Reservations & relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/ExServicemen and Physically handicapped persons would be provided as per extant Govt. orders.
Electrical Engineer
Number of Posts: 04
Qualification: 1st class Degree in Elect. discipline from AICTE/ Govt. approved institutes (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC).
Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification experience related to Electrical works
Civil Engineer
Engineer (Civil):
Number of Posts: 08
Qualification: 1st class Degree in Civil discipline from AICTE/ Govt. approved institutes (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC).
Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in Construction and Quality assurance.
Technical Asst.(Civil)
Number of Posts: 06
Qualification: 1st class Diploma in Civil discipline from AICTE/ Govt. approved institutes (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC).
Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in Construction and Quality assurance.

Age:
The upper Age Limit is 25 years as on 01.12.2012 for the posts of Executive Trainee in all disciplines.
Salary:
- Candidates selected for the above position(s), will be placed in ET grade during the Training Period for one year and on successful completion of Training will be placed in the E1 grade of MBS (Market Based Salary) as Assistant Managers.
- During the training period they will receive a CTC of 4.00 Lakhs per annum. The selected candidates posted at Plant Site will also be provided with Bachelor Accommodation, apart from other perks and benefits.
- During the Training period of one year the Trainee may be terminated in case his his/her Performance is not found to be satisfactory.
